As a provider of digital products, we do not ship physical goods.
Upon successful payment, customers will receive their software download link directly from our website and the license key via email or WhatsApp (as specified at checkout).
Delivery is instant or within 24 hours, depending on the product and verification requirements.
If you do not receive your product within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at support@algoridadigital.com.
For faster response we insist customer to contact WhatsApp from bottom right of the website.
2. Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed automatically upon payment verification.
In rare cases, manual verification may be required, which could cause a slight delay in delivery.
3. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
Ensure that your email address and WhatsApp number (if applicable) are correct at checkout.
Check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your email.
